All About Sharell Council
I was born in Newark, NJ, and spent several years in Arizona before embarking on a career as a flight attendant. For nine years, I had the privilege of traveling the world, experiencing different cultures, and gaining a deeper understanding of people from all walks of life. But as much as I loved the adventure, I knew I had a greater purpose to fulfill.
During my time as a flight attendant, I became heavily involved in politics, organizing protests and advocating for social justice. Through that work, I saw firsthand the inequalities in our system and realized the urgent need for strong legal representation in my community. That realization led me to shift my focus and pursue a career in law. Law school brought me to Houston, Texas, where I now proudly serve the community as an attorney.
Today, as the founder of my own law firm, The Legal Council, PLLC, I am dedicated to fighting for my clients in criminal defense, personal injury, and expungements cases. I believe in justice, equality, and giving every client the strong advocacy they deserve. My journey to the legal profession has been unconventional, but it has shaped me into the passionate, determined attorney I am today.
